Tobi Cogswell is a Los Angeles–born poet and editor whose work has appeared in numerous American and international journals. A two-time Pushcart Prize nominee, she co-edited San Pedro River Review and became active in the Southern California reading community after 2005. Her Chiron-associated books include Surface Effects in Winter Wind and Lit Up, reflecting her accessible, image-rich approach to contemporary poetry.
