Catherine Lynn
Catherine Lynn is a Southern California poet associated with the influential Long Beach poetry community that developed around Gerald Locklin, Joan Jobe Smith, Charles Harper Webb, Fred Voss, and other writers. Her work appeared prominently in The Wormwood Review, including a special eleven-page feature in its 1992 issue No. 125, and she was also associated with Pearl. Her chapbook The Snake Pit was published by BGS Press. Lynn’s work formed part of the lively independent-poetry renaissance in Long Beach during the 1980s and 1990s.
